Automated manufacturing technology provider JR Automation Technologies (Holland, MI) acquired Esys Automation (Auburn Hills, MI), a full-service automation solutions provider with systems, controls, and software engineering expertise.

This is the fourth strategic acquisition for JR Automation in six months. The company serves customers in a variety of industries, including automotive, life sciences, and aerospace. With this acquisition, JRemploys more than 2000 people at 23 manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
